On Wednesday at 2:24 pm the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Brian M. Pennington, age 55 of 6 Center Street in Waterloo, on a Seneca County Family issued arrest warrant for an unspecified family offense. Pennington was arraigned before Town of Fayette Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of no bail. Pennington will appear in Seneca County Family Court at a later date.
